You can set all this up in your CPanel, under the Mail Settings area.
First thing you would is to create the email address if it doesn't already exist;
Then click on the autoresponder icon,
Then Add Autoresponder.
Fill in the blanks and you'll be set
After you set it up, be sure to test so that you can see what it will look like.
