You will need to log into your Client Area
Click on My Hosting .
Then click on green icon to the right of the highlighted area .
Find the cancellation button at the bottom of the page.
You may choose Immediate or End of Billing Period. It is NOT immediately assumed you are cancelling your domain renewal as well. PLEASE let us know if you wish to keep it or not.
If you are on Paypal Subscriptions, be sure to cancel your subscription at Paypal or note it in your cancelation request.
We are not obligated to keep your files on the server after your termination. Back ups are for current clients. If you think you may wish to return, it is wise to download a backup of your site to your computer prior to cancelation. We may have your backup for awhile for reinstatement, but it is not guaranteed. Go to Cpanel / Backups and download the home directory and the database
