It's always a good habit to make periodic backups of your database to save on your computer. And it's easy!
Note that this will back up the database only, and does not back up any other files, including additional pages, systems you've installed, web page templates, emails, or other server data. 1. Login to your store administration
2. Click "Backup" (lower right hand menu) 3. Simply click the "Create Database Backup" button  4. When the page refreshes right click on the .sql link
 This will be deleted from your site once the page is closed.
