Accessing CPanel

The easiest way is to login into your client area via https://merchantmoms.com/billing/clientarea.php Once inside go to "My Hosting" then click the green icon to the right of your hosting account that's listed. On the next page click the Webmail or Cpanel button. You can also access them directly, the login information is included in your Welcome email that you received (and hopefully saved) after you signed up for our services. However, if you have lost this information, it is easily recreated: Cpanel Address: http://www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.COM/cpanel Webmail: http://www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.COM/webmail On webmail, if you are logging into an email account that you created, you will need to use the FULL EMAIL address as the username and the password you assigned that email when you set it up in cpanel. Note: If you have not pointed your domain name at your MerchantMoms hosting account, you will need to use the IP-based link to access the cpanel: http://IP-address-from-welcome-letter/cpanel Your email will not work until after you change the nameservers on your domain name. If you still need assistance reaching your cpanel, retrieving your username and password or changing your nameservers (the setting that tells the domain which server to send traffic to), please submit a support ticket.
