Log in to your cpanel and click on fantastico.
Under discussion boards there are two forums to choose from, SMF which is the forum used on Merchant Moms and phpbb2.
Click on the forum you would like to install.
On the right hand side you’re asked for a location. Type: forum, then click install.
Fantastico will install the forum to your site in the directory called yoursite.com/forum .
You would follow the same steps to install a gallery to your site, just use gallery as the directory instead of forum.
