Merchant Moms New Ownership

John has offered the wonderful opportunity for me to take on MerchantMoms as the new owner. Many of you have ‘met’ me through the Support Desk, PMs, the forum, and Simple-Mods. I’ve been working with the system a long time, as well as tech support for the developer .
A few things you can expect –
• In the coming weeks we intend to add some enhancements to all of your systems.
• The support desk is reactivated for Technical issues and for those who simply are not comfortable with the Confidential board on the forum
• Billing should remain the same, but you will see MerchantMoms instead of JEKCO; if on Paypal Subscriptions you’ll need to make an adjustment there.
• New faces – I will be merging my current businesses and inviting these users to join us, I hope you’ll make them feel as welcome as you have me
• Simple-Mods.com will be passed onto Kathie
I bring to you my patience, integrity, and understanding as a work-at-home mom. I’m a mom and grandmom, too. I may not be quite as speedy as John sometimes (as a mom who gets interrupted sometimes! ) , but I am reliable.
We have a wonderful team in Barb, Tina, and most recently Kathie to give you the best possible support for Your MerchantMom system!

As Sherri as stated above, I have decided to hand over the reins here at MerchantMoms to Sherri. This has been a decision that I have been wrestling with for several months now and the time is right.
I have every faith in Sherri's capabilities as well as Barb, Tina and Kathie to provide you with the support that you have grown accustomed to receiving. Sherri has actually been running things for the last 10 days or so and doing a marvelous job.
It has been a heck of a ride these last 21 months and I want to thank everyone here for your continued patronage and hope that you will all continue on with MerchantMoms. Sherri has some exciting improvements planned and I think you all will be happy with those.
For me, I will be working behind the scenes with Sherri to make certain that she has everything she needs. The actual transfer of ownership will occur on 4/15/08. As far as the billing goes, you will now see that you are paying MerchantMoms rather than JEKCO COM. Those of you who are on PayPal subscriptions, those subscriptions will be canceled on the 14th and you can then restart those when you get your next invoice. This has no effect on your hosting account with MerchantMoms.
Long term, I plan to return to doing what I like to do best which is writing PHP/mySQL applications. I will also retain ownership of the 66pix.com website.
