How do I add a flash shape with text on my home page that stand out?

How do I add some type of small shape that flashes or pops up on my home page that highlights one of my special services that makes me unique?  If you could provide step-by-step procedures on how to do this under "pages" that would be a big help.  I am having difficulty adding the shape and text that I want in the space that I want it on my home page.

That would be something you would need to create in Adobe flash or an animation graphics program, then you can upload it in the index page's edit screen ( Pages>click to EDIT the index page ) if you don't have access to a graphics program that can create animated or flash images you might need to have your designer create and add that for you.
