Hi,
I am a new customer and a complete beginner and at the moment feeling a little over whelmed and I seemed to have fallen at the first fence as I do not seem to be able to log in to the forum as it is not accepting my username and password which is in my welcome letter. Please help

You have to register for the forum with a username and password that you create.  http://merchantmoms.com/forums/index.php?action=register  Then one of us will approve you and you'll be able to see and post in the forums Smiley
