Your template designer will create and upload your design for you. Anything beyond that, such as how to use the system, hosting questions, etc., should be directed to MerchantMoms' support staff. The Preferred list are those who host their sites with MerchantMoms. The Approved Partners are hosted elsewhere, but know our system. This designation should not deter you from choosing to work with an Approved Partner.
