No, we provide a demo for you to try to see if it will suit your needs.
Services are set up the same day as they are ordered. Please watch junk / spam email as the welcome letter sometimes does go there.
Paypal and major credit cards. After the account is set up, if you would like to make arrangements to mail a check, you may also do this.
No, we don't send surprise invoices. You pay for your hosting either monthly, quarterly or annually. If you opt to order your domain with us, that is charged annually. You will not be charged for anything else unless you ask for it.
We provide domain registration as well as web site hosting. If an SSL is required (most often it is not) we take care of that, too.

Yes, each hosting account receives email accounts @ your domain.
No, we do not. It is up to you to run your business which includes marketing.
No, the MerchantMoms software is browser based, you don't need to download an 'app' or anything else.
